The best recovery starts in a calm, supportive environment, with a therapist who truly listens.
Hi, I’m Alia, a graduate from University Kuala Lumpur.
I bring a fresh, evidence-based approach to my practice, with a strong interest in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation – especially conditions involving nerve-related neck pain.
Many people come to me describing numbness, tingling, or a heavy feeling in their shoulders and hands. These symptoms can come from different causes – sometimes it’s nerve irritation, sometimes it’s muscular tension, and often it’s a combination of both.
What truly fascinates me is how small changes in posture, movement, or body position can create a big difference in how someone feels. Seeing that change happen is one of the reasons I love what I do.
More About Me
I believe the best recovery starts in a calm, supportive environment, with a therapist who truly listens. I may have a quiet presence, but I’m observant and clear in my communication. I make sure you understand what’s happening in your body and why we’re doing each part of your treatment – so you feel supported, informed, and confident throughout your recovery journey.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy gardening, a hobby that has taught me patience, attention to detail, and the value of steady progress. Just like plants need time and care to grow, I believe recovery works the same way – through small, consistent steps that lead to meaningful change. These are values I carry into my work every day.
I look forwards to supporting you with care, clarity, and steady progress, walking alongside you every step of the way.
