Good physiotherapy isn't about doing more. It's about understanding the problem properly before deciding what actually needs to be done.
Hi! I’m Fahmi.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy Sciences from Northumbria University and a Master of Science in Advancing Physiotherapy Practice from Keele University, and i am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Public Health Sciences at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. My clinical training includes dry needling, manual therapy, taping, strength and conditioning, blood flow restriction therapy, and sports rehabilitation. I have also contributed to academic publications within the field of sport.
My Practice
At Relive, I take a considered and honest approach to care, focusing on what is necessary, evidence-based, and truly meaningful for each individual. To me, rehabilitation isn’t about doing more – it’s about doing what is appropriate to support recovery, function, and long-term confidence.
I entered healthcare with the intention of doing meaningful work, and physiotherapy naturally aligned with the way i think and work. Through postgraduate training and my ongoing Master’s studies, my perspective has grown to see rehabilitation as a structured, collaborative process – one that prioritises independence and sustainable outcomes.
Clinically, my focus is on helping individuals return to their previous level of function – whether that means getting back to sport, work, or simply moving well in everyday life. While I am particularly involved in sports rehabilitation, clear communication remains central to how I practice. I believe effective rehabilitation depends on understanding, trust, and shared responsibility.
More About Me
My approach is collaborative, holistic, and grounded in evidence. Ultimately, my goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge and confidence to move well beyond the clinic.
Outside of work, I maintain an active lifestyle. Climbing is my primary sport, alongside ultimate frisbee, swimming, and tennis. These activities help me better appreciate the physical and mental demands that come with recovery and performance.
My vision for Relive Physio & Rehab is to be a trusted place for the community – where people feel listened to, treated with integrity, and guided with professional, thoughtful care.
