Good rehabilitation isn't only about becoming stronger - It's about becoming more efficient in how you move.
Hello! I’m Elizabeth
A degree-qualified Physiotherapist, graduate from Anglia Ruskin University.
My Practice
As a Physiotherapist, I work with many different conditions affecting all parts of the body, but my main areas of interest are Women’s Health and Low Back problems. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong foundation in biomechanics – understanding how the body moves and works together – as well as manual therapy, which allows me to treat not just the symptoms, but also the root causes of pain and discomfort. Depending on your needs, I may also include other treatment methods such as electrical therapy to support your recovery. Every treatment plan i create is carefully tailored to you – your body, your lifestyle, and your current stage of healing – and i adjust it as you progress.
When you come for a session, you’ll notice that I really focus on quality over quantity. I don’t believe in rushing through exercises just to tick boxes. If we only have a short time left and you’re still struggling with a movement, I’d rather slow things down and make sure you’re doing that one exercise properly than move on quickly to several others without good technique. I won’t overload you with exercises just for the sake of giving “homework”. Instead, I choose movements that truly support your recovery and fit what your body is ready for at the moment.
More About Me
I believe that good rehabilitation isn’t only about becoming stronger – It’s about becoming more efficient in how you move. When your body parts work well together in a balanced way, everyday activities become easier and pain becomes less of a barrier. One thins I often remind my clients is, : Small, baby steps are better than no steps at all.” You don’t need to be perfect every day. Some days you’ll have more energy, some days less – and that’s completely okay. What matters most is consistency and showing up for yourself.
To me, good health is never a quick fix. It’s built over time through small, steady habits like eating well, resting properly, and exercising the right way. My role is not just to treat you during sessions, but to guide and support you as you build those habits in your daily life too.
And if you’re wondering what I’m like outside of the clinic – I’m really just a regular person trying to live life to my fullest, while spreading a little more positivity and joy wherever I go ( yes, even at work ). I genuinely enjoy listening to people’s stories and learning from their experiences, which is why I’m always open to having conversations with you – whether it’s about your recovery, your goals, or just life in general.
