Great therapy happens when therapist and client work as a team.
Hi, I’m P.Y. Lee
A licensed physiotherapist with the MAHPC (License No: MAHPC(PT)04120) and a graduate of BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy Sciences from Northumbria University.
My Practice
I’ve worked across different settings – from busy hospital wards handling post-operative rehab and acute cases, to community-based care where the work feels more personal and long-term. These experiences shaped how I practice today. I believe real progress happens when there’s time to truly listen, explain, and support clients beyong just treating symptoms – which is why I chose to focus on community practice.
I’ve treated a wide range of conditions, from neck, back and joint pain to more complex neurological and chronic issues. My main area of expertise is Men’s Pelvic Health and Pain Management, where i support men facing sensitive challenges like incontinence, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction – issues many struggle in silence.
More About Me
In my sessions, I aim to create a safe, respectful, and judgement-free space where clients feel comfortable talking openly. I take a personalised approach to care, working closely with each person to understand their goals and guide them step by step towards recovery.
I believe good therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Everyone comes in with different stories, lifestyles, and goals, so I take the time to understand what matters to you before planning your treatment.
Beyond hands-on treatment, I place strong emphasis on education and empowerment. I want my clients to understand their bodies and feel confident managing their health in the long run.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active – playing badminton, training at the gym, and winding down with a good book. These keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance and wellbeing.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief :
Great therapy happens when therapist and client work as a team.
